This project was to restore the beautiful existing Heritage New Zealand category 2 building features whilst updating facilities to the requirements of the 21st century legal professionals. The project had an approximate construction cost of $1.2million.

This project involved some complicated coordination and detailing. Extensive seismic strengthening of the building was required while maintaining and restoring the existing heritage which saw a number of structural steel elements carefully calculated and modelled to be placed and spliced in position. The project team had an excellent working relationship on this project which minimised delays. p
