This project consisted of the construction of an award winning architectural designed pavilion building on a known archaeological site on Mission Bay waterfront for Heritage New Zealand. A seismic upgrade was also completed to the existing heritage protected stonehouse building successfully preserving and restoring the original nature of the building. The project was completed at a cost of $3 Million.

The project was completed on time and budget working closely with Heritage New Zealand and archaeologists to maintain the protection and discovery of known artifacts. p
