This project in consultation with historic places trust comprised of two components. Careful relocation and restoration of the Westney Church and Westney Homestead which was constructed in 1853 and the restoration of the Abbeville Homestead (home and barn). Both components provided challenges which were carefully overcome from not only a carpentry perspective but also by the specialist sub-trades engaged to maintain the historical nature of these buildings. The heritage listed estate is used currently as a beautiful event venue.

The project was completed on time and budget and the quality was commented on by all interested parties. It has been successfully operating at capacity since opening. p
